In September 2023, I was promoted to PR & Marketing Associate for the Handley Regional Library System. On this page, you'll find a gallery of some of my favorite projects in this role.

This Is YOUR Library
It has always amazed me how little the public knows about the breadth of services and benefits the library offers. Additionally, I feel that instead of constantly harping that the library is "free," perhaps we should instead highlight all of the amazing services people should not only be aware of but take pride in and ownership of because their tax dollars pay for it. So I came up with the "This Is YOUR Library" campaign.
Below are two X-frame signs for this campaign - the one on the left was designed by me.

Dinovember
In November 2023, the HRLS participated in Dinovember. Dinovember was originally created by two parents as a fun activity to engage with their kids - the idea being that at night, the children's dinosaurs come to life and wreak havoc around the house. Many libraries have joined in the fun as a way to participate with patrons on social media. I had a blast with Dinovember - I created a cute graphic to go with our social media posts (one post a day), and I tried to use the posts to highlight our services and staff at all three branches. I even took them on outreach events to interact with and feature the people in our community.

Second Glance Book Shop Logo
In March 2024, I was asked by the Director of the Friends of the Handley Regional Library System to work on the re-branding of one of their library shops, the Second Glance Bookshop housed in the Bowman library. This project included the creation of a logo for the shop, which was really fun to work on. Below are some prototype designs leading up to the final design.
